Hi dear volunteers? how was your weekend? which activities were you involved in? I went to St. Helena childrens home which is on your way to ongata rongai...the areas name is Bagladesh...the home is under overcomers ministry...

The home was started some years back and has a population of around 70 kids...20 are boarders(17 boys and 3 girls) while the rest are day scholars,.....

Most kids are from the locvallity and they are vdisadvantaged financially and some…

Hi friends, on Thursday 28/01/2010 I visited St.Benedict Children’s home which is in Bungoma Western Kenya. The children’s home was established after Kenya’s post election violence which happened after the disputed election of December 2007. The violence affected the better part of the Rift Valley province.
